As humans, we all express emotions differently. This could vary depending on our environment and circumstances. Some people excessively express what they feel, and others don’t share enough. Regardless of what emotion one experiences, it is understood that all emotions can be helpful. Fear guides us; love connects us, sadness heals us, anger alerts us, and joy calms us.
