Where: We can ship to virtually any address in the world!

Cost: The shipping cost is determined by the size and weight of your order, the delivery address, and the method of shipping chosen during checkout.

Time: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping option you choose and the delivery address.

USPS

First Class (Domestic & Int): The cheapest shipping method available.

– Domestic shipping time is 3-5 days.

– Canada shipping time is 4-7 days.

– Europe shipping time is 2-4 weeks.

– Other shipping time is 2-6 weeks.

Priority (Domestic & International): Faster service.

– Domestic shipping time is 2-4 days.

– Canada shipping time is 4-6 days.

– Europe shipping time is 6-10 days.

– Other shipping time is 5-10 days.

Priority Express (Domestic & Int’ l): Fastest service

– Domestic shipping time is 1-2 days.

– Canada shipping time is 2-3 days.

– Europe shipping time is 2-4 days.

– Other shipping time is 3-6 days.

UPS (DOMESTIC ONLY)

Returns & Exchanges

We want to make all returns as easy as possible.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within five days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than two weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you wish to exchange any items, we suggest placing a new order and returning the other items for a refund to the return address listed on the package.

Items may be exchanged as long as the item you are exchanging is still for sale in our store. You can find this out by emailing us or calling us. The cost of reshipment will be charged to the customer.
